Aulis London, Simon Rogan’s Michelin-starred Soho chef’s table is headed up by executive chef Oli Marlow and head chef Charlie Tayler. Hidden on St Anne’s Court, just off Dean Street, Aulis offers a multi-course tasting experience reflecting Simon’s signature style and farm-to-table ethos.
Aulis is exclusively limited to twelve guests and available for private hire. At each service, it offers a dynamic and interactive dining experience, in which a series of dishes are cooked in front of you and explained at every stage. Aulis London was awarded its first Michelin Star in the 2024 UK & Northern Ireland Michelin Guide, and has recently retained it’s Star in the Michelin Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2025.
Upon arrival at Aulis London, diners are invited to the lounge, a relaxed and convivial space, to enjoy a drink before their meal. Guests are then brought to the chef’s table in the heart of the restaurant where all the magic happens. One can expect a tasting menu that reflects Simon Rogan’s signature style and farm-to-fork ethos created by executive chef Oli Marlow and head chef Charlie Tayler. They also offer a selection of wine pairings and drink packages for guests to choose from.
Their unique alcohol free pairing has been carefully curated by the restaurant manager and sommelier, Charles Carron Brown, and puts their various wine pairings to the test. Aulis can be booked by a single party or as separate bookings, and has been designed to ignite conversations and front-row views of the chefs at work. The menu has been created using ingredients predominantly sourced from Simon’s Lake District farm known as Our Farm and is constantly evolving with the seasons. The multiple-course tasting menu is centred around the exploration of premium quality, natural ingredients. Guests will be taken on an ever-evolving journey whereby they experience the culmination of the tastes, textures, temperatures of each dish.
