Founded in Soho in 2015 by Stephen Tozer, Ed Brunet, and Manu Canales, Le Bab harmonises the lifelong passion for cooking and kebab love of its founders. Stephen and Ed, university friends, joined forces with Manu, whom Ed met at the renowned Le Gavroche, to embark on a creative culinary mission.
